| In the ever-changing world of real estate development, we’re on the cutting edge. We think outside the box and imagine what a community can become. Together with our partners, we build a vision, create a plan, and help a community reach its full potential. |

Yorkville, IL
Thinking outside the box to serve new residents
With 26,000 new homes projected to be built in the area, we partnered with city lenders to brainstorm about projects that would best serve their residents. The result is a mixed-use development on 190 acres that includes residential properties, as well as 800,000 square foot Kendall Marketplace, with tenants of Home Depot, Super Target, Kohl's, Dick's Sporting Good, Marshalls, Petsmart and more. |

| Trust is built over time, by seeing someone’s track-record and seeing how they do business. That’s why we build long-term elationships with municipalities, architects, retailers, and investors. These strong relationships, and the confidence that is a result of those relationships, are crucial to making each development a success. |

Developing a trusted partnership
We strive to earn a community’s trust, and that’s exactly what we’ve done with the community of Oak Lawn, IL. After developing a successful, innovative mixed use project including a Metra
train station, retail shops, a children’s museum, condominiums, and a large village parking deck, the town asked us to remain a key partner in the development of the downtown core. Through this ongoing relationship, Mid-America continually brings tremendous value to the community. |

| We help communities thrive by helping to bring new businesses to the area, which in turn adds tax revenue for schools and infrastructure. In addition, we enhance communities by developing hotels, lifestyles centers and retail outlets with architectural significance. |

Homewood, IL
Bringing tax revenue to improve parks, streets and schools.
In Homewood, through a series of five different projects over several years, we were able to re-develop vacant, blighted land and functionally obsolete projects. The result is a complete revitalization of the “Halsted Street Corridor.” By building off the first successful project including the demolition of an enclosed mall we were able to build new stores for Jewel Foods, Target, Home Depot, Kohls, Best Buy, TJ Maxx and Bed, Bath, and Beyond as well as a host of other national retailers. Our efforts in Homewood now add tax revenue for the village exceeding $50 million over ten years. |
